Olfactory : Complex, intense, floral aromas of acacia, honey, peach, apricot, plum, citrus
Tasting : Sweet, balanced taste, fresh, velvet-smooth, good structure

Food pairing : Excellent with desserts made with cream and pastries
Vinification : Pressing with pneumatic press and grape cold maceration, fermentation with cultured yeasts at 16°C controlled temperature. Aged in temperature controlled stainless steel. Further in pressure tank for natural second fermentation at 16°C temperature. During ageing the wine undergoes several analytical controls to assure its integrity.
